ABL Mentoring

Each year, ABL participants are matched with an industry mentor.

Participants, with support from their mentors, work towards a values-driven plan to assist them in meeting their short and long term goals. The frequency and timing of their meetings is negotiated between the pairing.

The ABL Foundation is grateful to the many mentors who dedicate their time to support aspiring leaders.
